It must be disheartening to Americans to hear and read that yet again workers in this country have lost jobs for the eighth month in a row, totaling 463,000 jobs in all. July’s unemployment rate has hit a four-year high and there’s no signs of it stopping, at least not at the moment.

The Bush Administration would have you to believe the economy is going great and the stimulus package has helped greatly. With a 5.7 unemployment rating on his books, he must be skipping pages.

Jobs are being cut in all sectors, we cannot continue with four more years of the failed Bush economic policies Republican presidential candidate John McCain is offering.

There is a great need for a second stimulus package, and when voters say the economy is on the top of their list Republicans need to listen and act… fast.

The Democratic-led Congress is pushing for immediate help. Let’s see whether or not the Republicans come aboard.
